Both providers and clients then formulate a plan together to acutely stabilize any mental health conditions and environmental stressors. Once stabilized, we begin the phase of mitigating the circumstances in the environment, internal and external, that led to the state of unbalance, as well as improving essential aspects of lifestyle and habits that may inhibit achieving a long-term state of wellbeing further advancing your wellness.
